Terms of Use

Last updated: 14 June 2026

These Terms of Use govern your use of the website galvorn.top and your booking of yoga sessions offered by Galvorn Wellness Collective Ltd. ("Galvorn", "we", "us"). By using our website or attending a class, you agree to these terms.

1. About Our Service

Galvorn provides recreational gentle yoga group sessions for adults at Riverlee Community Centre, Dublin 4. Sessions focus on general wellbeing, mindful movement, and social connection. They are not medical treatment, physiotherapy, or clinical rehabilitation.

2. Booking a Session

You may request a place by completing the booking form on our website or by contacting us directly. Submission of the form constitutes a request — not a confirmed reservation until we contact you by phone.

We will confirm availability for your preferred session (Tuesday 10:00, Thursday 10:00, Saturday 09:30) and provide any practical information you need for your first visit.

3. Pricing and Payment

Each one-hour session costs €10 (ten euro). Payment is collected at the start of class in cash or by card. We do not charge online, hold card details on this website, or operate subscription billing.

The price displayed on our website is the full amount payable. There are no hidden fees or mandatory add-ons.

4. Cancellation and Rescheduling

If you cannot attend a confirmed session, please notify us at least 24 hours in advance by phone (+353 1 556 7824) or email ([email protected]). This allows us to offer the place to another member.

We may cancel or reschedule a session due to instructor illness, venue closure, or circumstances beyond our control. In such cases, we will contact registered participants as soon as possible. No charge applies to sessions that do not take place.

5. Health and Safety

Yoga involves physical activity. You are responsible for ensuring that participation is appropriate for your health. We recommend consulting a qualified healthcare provider before starting any new exercise programme.

Inform the instructor of any injuries, medical conditions, or mobility considerations before class begins. You may rest or leave the session at any time.

Galvorn does not guarantee specific health outcomes. Individual experiences vary.

6. Conduct

We expect all participants to treat instructors and fellow members with respect. We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone whose behaviour disrupts the class or compromises the safety or comfort of others.

7. Website Use

You may use galvorn.top for lawful personal purposes. You must not attempt to interfere with the site's security, scrape content for commercial reuse, or submit false booking information.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on this website — text, images, design, and branding — is owned by Galvorn or used under licence. You may not reproduce it without our written permission.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by Irish law, Galvorn is not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from use of the website or attendance at classes, except where liability cannot be excluded (including death or personal injury caused by our negligence).

10. Privacy

Our collection and use of personal data is described in our Privacy Policy.

11. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Ireland. Disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Irish courts.
